The No Nonsense Return Policy

We offer a no nonsense refund or exchange policy for all of our goods returned in new & perfect condition. Please do not remove the tags!

In compliance with local legislation, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knickers, panties, hosiery or face masks. No exceptions to this rule.

EXCHANGES

Shopping online is sometimes not an exact science. Screens sometimes don’t show colors accurately, sizing might be off, you may have changed your mind and want the runner up instead. No worries! We offer free shipping on initial domestic exchanges. Subsequent exchanges may be subjected to shipping and a $10 processing / restocking fee.

Return any item within 30 days of purchase and we'll happily exchange it for another size, color, or style. You are welcome to try the item on, but it must be returned in new condition with tags on.

If you are unhappy with your order in any way please let us know, we may be able to help. For international orders we cover the shipping to you on initial exchange too.

REFUNDS

Just return the item within 30 days from the purchase date, in the new condition with all tags attached. You will then be entitled to a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders that have already been exchanged may be subjected to shipping and a $10 processing / restocking fee.

Free shipping offers include USD $8/ CAD $16.20 / AUD $42.00 of shipping charges, which are deductible from refunds.

Where multiple items have been purchased as part of a fixed price offer, we are unable to offer refunds on individual parts.

No items should be returned before obtaining an RMA number.

Returns Criteria

Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tight when trying for size as corsets quickly form the shape of your body when tightlaced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size, but only when the corset is in a unworn brand new condition in original packaging with all the original labels intact, a corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged.

You have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us, you will also have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us and to take reasonable care to see they are received by us without delay.

Items returned to us in a used condition will not be eligible for a refund. Items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odors such as cigarette smoke, have any tags removed, are not in the original packaging or are purchased on final sale are non-returnable. We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee on items not in new condition.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that an item is received and is defective we will provide a full refund or exchange.

Time Limitations

Goods can be returned within 30 days from despatch for a refund and 30 days from despatch for an exchange.

Returning An Item (RMA)

In order to return an item you are required to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please remember to write the RMA Number on the package. If there is no Returns Merchandise Authorization number ("RMA") on the outside of the package then there is a good chance that this will lead to delays of up to 30 days in processing your return. You must obtain an RMA number before returning anything.

All returns must be sent via a tracked method, we recommend a tracked and insured method. True Corset cannot be held responsible for returns that get lost in transit.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative.

Customers outside the USA should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURN as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we reserve the right to refuse item or charge the Customs and Tax bill to you.

Please note shipping and postage costs are non refundable.
